CE Dealer Team achieves most successful season ever – strong finish in Türkiye caps off a landmark year

CE Dealer Team by Volvo Construction Equipment (CE Dealer Team) closes its best season yet in the FIA World Rallycross Championship. In Türkiye, the team secured its highest ever finish: second place in the Teams’ Championship, while Niclas Grönholm enjoyed his strongest campaign yet, taking second place in the Drivers’ Championship.
At Istanbul Park, Niclas claimed podiums in both rounds and wrapped up a ‘personal best’ season. Klara Andersson also delivered standout performances, securing a podium spot in round one and underlining her rising trajectory in the sport.

A season of change
This year also marked a shift in how the championship is presented. With the FIA stepping fully into the promoter role and prioritising accessibility, all races were streamed live and free via YouTube, allowing fans worldwide to follow the action. Across the season, World RX generated millions of digital views, opening the sport to wider audiences and boosting global engagement.
Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) also played a central role. As both CE Dealer Team’s main partner and the championship’s Official Track Building Partner, Volvo CE rebuilt and maintained rallycross circuits, supported track operations and recovery, and hosted guests throughout the season – all while also showcasing new
technology and underling a wider commitment to innovation and sustainability that will continue to shape industries beyond motorsport. The result was a clear and influential presence both on and off the track.

Farewell to World RX
As the curtain falls not just on this season but on the FIA World Rallycross Championship itself, CE Dealer Team closes its chapter on a high. Rallycross at world level bows out with the team achieving its most successful season to date – a fitting finale to an era that has pushed teams, drivers, and technology to the limit.
The CE Dealer Team platform will now be evaluated, with any future opportunities considered in light of the momentum built this season.
